Cancellation Policy

For cancellations, please contact us at least 3 hours before the scheduled time or else you will still be liable for the cost of the lesson. Please note: that all lessons must be paid for in EFT prior to the lesson, before the lesson may commence. EFT details have been sent through to your email address. Connected Minds Tutors reserves the right to cancel tutorials at their own discretion. Should Connected Minds Tutors cancel the lesson, the full amount will be refunded to the customer.
